Chullachaki
Chullachaki Producciones S.A.C. is a film production company dedicated to develop projects that portray in a creative and economically viable way, Peru’s social urgencies.
Founded in 1998 by Josué Méndez and Tito Bonicelli, Chullachaki began by producing mainly short films. In the year 2002, with the production of “Días de Santiago”, Enid “Pinky” Campos enters the company in order to develop projects in common.
Chullachaki’s aim is to produce films of international quality, with worldwide commercial appeal, and promoting coproductions between Peru and the rest of the world.
In the same way, Chullachaki also produces corporative videos, commercials, and provides production and distribution services to different companies in Peru and internationally.

Enid “Pinky” Campos
Born in Lima, Perú, in 1976, she graduated in Communication Sciences from the University of Lima, in 1998. Once she had acquired experience as an assistant director, production assistant and art assistant in various productions for film and commercials, she assumed her first job as head of production on “Días de Santiago”, Chullachaki’s first feature film, as well as Josué Méndez’s first film.
Since then, she is the executive producer on all the projects at Chullachaki, “Dioses”, Josué Méndez’s second film, “Gardens of Eden”, Héctor Gálvez’s first film, “The Bad Intentions”, Rosario García-Montero’s first film, and “Taxista”, Enrica Pérez’s short film.
Between 2001 and 2008, she worked either as production manager or executive producer on the most important Peruvian films of the last decade, and the most emblematic of her generation: “Paper Dove” (Fabrizio Aguilar, 2003), “Condominio” (Jorge Carmona, 2004), “Los Herederos” (Baltazar Caravedo, 2004), “Madeinusa” (Claudia Llosa, 2005), “El Diente de Oro” (Daniel Ró, 2005), and “The Watercolorist” (Daniel Ró, 2008).
Throughout the years she has worked on commercials and corporate videos for the most important production houses in Lima.
Born in Lima, Perú, in 1976, he graduated in Film Studies and Latin American Studies from Yale University in 1998.
The first film he wrote and directed, “Dias de Santiago”, premiered in Competition at the 2004 Rotterdam International Film Festival, and was selected in over 100 festivals worldwide, being commercially released in theatres on more than 15 countries. “Días de Santiago” was Perú’s Official Entry for the 2004 Academy Awards, and represented its country at the 2005 Tous les Cinemas du Monde selection at the Cannes Film Festival. The film won more than 35 international awards, amongst them the FIPRESCI Award at Fribourg, and Best Film Awards at Kerala, Miami, Providence, Lima and Montreal, becoming Perú’s most awarded film ever.
Between 2000 and 2004, he worked as film editor on the short film “Páramo” by Daniel Ró, and the feature films “Bala Perdida” by Aldo Salvini and “Doble Juego” by Chicho Durant.
In the year 2006, he co-wrote with Aldo Miyashiro the first two seasons of the hit TV series “La Gran Sangre”, produced by Capitán Pérez and aired on Frecuencia Latina, and he directed the second season of the show.
His second feature film, “Dioses”, was developed at the Cinefondation, the residence program at the Cannes Film Festival, and is being coproduced with Argentina, France and Germany.
Between 2006 and 2007 he was selected by the Rolex Mentor & Protégé Arts Initiative from young directors all over the world to benefit from a year-long mentoring by british director Stephen Frears.
Throughout the years, he has directed commercials, corporate videos, worked as assistant director on theatre and as a professor, as well as participated in conferences all over the world.
